Shipping Policy for Returned Items

    • Affix the provided return shipping label (if applicable) or clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

 

 

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.

    • In eligible cases, we may provide a prepaid shipping label. Instructions for using this label will be provided during the return process.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error.

 

 

3. Choosing a Shipping Method

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service . This ensures we can track the package and confirm receipt

    • Items must be shipped back to us within 2 days of receiving the RA number.

  • Processing Time:

    • Once the return is received and inspected, processing your refund or exchange will take 5-10 business days.
